How to use
- Please do not insert the card into your phone before arriving at your destination to avoid premature activation.
- Plug in your phone when you arrive at your destination
- Turn on mobile data and roaming services, and keep the operator selected as automatic. Wait a few minutes for the phone to search for the network.
- If the phone fails to connect to the Internet, please turn off the automatic operator selection and manually select the operator (local network operator: please refer to the package instructions for reference)

Troubleshooting
- If you encounter problems using data, please follow the steps below to troubleshoot
- Is the package purchased consistent with the travel destination?
- Is there any network coverage at the current location?
- Does the local network vendor agree with what is shown on the Topsi packaging?
- Are roaming and mobile data enabled?
- After inserting the card into your phone, do you select the Topsi data card as your mobile data card?
- If you are using a dual-SIM phone, please check whether the current mobile data service is in the same card slot as this card.
- Does the Access Point Name (APN) match the product description?
- If your phone fails to automatically set the access point name (APN): mobiledata, please refer to the inner page of the envelope or the following LINK for instructions
